In most cases, this is a display bug. Check your inventory and log of account activity (located in settings) to see if the items were deposited directly into your account. If they really are missing, check back in a few hours to see if there was a delay in calculating rewards. If they are still missing, please contact customer support so we can check if an error occurred.
